Calvert Hall used a strong 3rd quarter run to power past the Lakers last night at Johnny Unitas Stadium.
The Cards were led by senior Patrick Kelly (4,4) and Carter Brown who added 3 goals.
The Cards went into the half trailing and came out storming scoring 6 unanswered goals on the Lakers and then had to try and play keep away for the remaining time in order to hold on for a 11-10 victory
Calvert Hall waits to find out who they will play this Friday as the Loyola Gilman game was postponed due to lightning, Loyola led 13-5 with 6:57 remaining
Calvert Hall earns the top spot in the MIAA playoffs and Loyola earned the Number 2 seed and a first round bye.
After victories against Mt. St. Joe’s and St. Paul’s respectively, Calvert Hall has moved up to the number 4 spot in Inside Lacrosse’s Power Rankings
The Hall also holds the number 2 spot in the Mid-Atlantic Regional Ranks on InsideLacrosse.com
The Cardinals remain at the No. 5 spot in Inside Lacrosse’s National Power Rankings for this week.
Coming up this week is Mt. St. Joe’s who just recently defeated McDonogh who Calvert Hall lost to a few weeks back

Great Day for the Hall and their Seniors as they beat Spalding 15-3.
Write up to follow but as far as we could tell all of the seniors that were physically able to play, played, which is always a good thing for the Seniors on their day.
